The wild west comes to Arbor Lakes at the Driftwood Saloon and classic country music show! Howdy to y’all! The Arbor Lakes tenants were able to wet their whistle with a little Cactus Juice and Moonshine at the Driftwood Saloon on September 28th. Classic country music legend, Alan Godage stopped by the Saloon and put on a country music show that was amazing!
The Twin Cities 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s was a huge success this year! Over 1.3 million dollars was raised with 6,632 participants and 744 teams, the Southview Senior Communities team being one of them. Our team members that came out to walk the 1 or 2.3 mile option from Arbor Lakes Senior Living had a blast helping to raise awareness and funds to fight the Alzheimer’s disease.
Your participation helped the Southview Senior Communities team raise $23,940 which well exceeded our goal of $10,000!!

Arbor Lakes Senior Living Tenants with a heart! Each week a group of our tenants get together to make arm pillows for Dialysis Patients. They started with a recent pilot program and request for 15 pillows and in a short time they have grown in requests and have made over 97 pillows. The feedback from the patients has been very positive and met with great appreciation, making the experience much more comfortable for the patient. Supplies have been donated by Advent Lutheran Church of Maple Grove Quilters Club and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. We are so proud of this dedicated group of ladies in making a difference and improving the quality of life for others.
