Arbor Lakes Senior Living recently hosted an art show highlighting the work of our very own artist, Frank K!
Frank shared with everyone his unique and imaginative artwork and educated us all in how he turns his creative ideas into art. Coming up, Frank will be displaying his artwork in galleries in New York and Miami. We are proud of our artist!
We recently did the scenic “Leaf Cruise” on the St. Croix River up in Taylors Falls. The trip gave us a full experience of nature, history of the river, a delicious lunch, and LOTS of fun with friends!
Last Friday, we were treated to a beautiful performance titled “Songs for Autumn – Brooding and Beautiful” by vocalist Bryan and pianist Jessica. Bryan is a family member to a past resident of our community, and he continues to perform and share his talent with all of us. Jessica was amazing as well, and together they put on an incredible show! ???
The Allens have been thrilling audiences worldwide with their unique blend of family harmony and energizing creativity for more than two decades.
In 1996, Todd and Michelle Allen began the journey to follow a call to full-time evangelistic ministry with their four young children, traveling all across North America in motorhomes and buses. With the addition of more voices came the innovative, modern sound that has captivated thousands. Now, after more than 20 years of ministry, The Allens continue to be one of the signature faces of the new Gospel music movement, making an impact for Christ around the world.
We owe a huge THANK YOU to our tenants David and Bev Birch for making this concert happen. They have been friends with the Allen Family for years. We are so lucky to have them take time in the busy tour schedule to stop here and perform.
We would also like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the Allen Family for including us on their tour. Their harmony, inspiring message of hope, and warm hearts lifted our spirits.
Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and raised funds.
We had an awesome year. Together we raised more than $60,000 to help fight this horrible disease. We truly could not do this without all of you.
Sincerely, your co-captains –
Lisa Lemieux and Peggy Johnson
