70th Wedding Anniversary Celebration & Other Fun Events
August was full of fun here at Arbor Lakes Senior Living! We had a 70th wedding anniversary celebration, an outdoor concert, and more. Check it out!
Arbor Lakes Senior Living was happy to celebrate the 70th wedding anniversary of two of our tenants, Ruth and Earl Herring.
The couple was married on Saturday, August 19, 1950, at Messiah Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
Congratulations, Ruth and Earl! Here’s to many more years of happiness ???
Arbor Lakes Senior Living recently enjoyed an outdoor concert by Michael Riddle. We encouraged tenants to open their windows to hear the music or sit outside, socially distanced.
Michael’s great variety of music combined with a sunny summer day is just what everyone needed, and we loved every minute! ?
We recently enjoyed a “Grab-and-Go” Happy Hour at Arbor Lakes Senior Living!
Residents stopped by the pub for a margarita and a bag of popcorn to savor back in their apartments. They were delighted to see fellow tenants, even if only for a brief moment.
Since the pandemic began and group activities were cancelled, the tenants have been receiving daily activity packets on their doors.
This has given us the opportunity to play “In-Room Bingo.” The tenants receive five Bingo numbers each day in their packets. Cathy Westling recently had a 3-game winning streak!
