A licensed RN is available to assess each individual to help create a personal care package matched to you and your needs. We also offer a range of complimentary, on-site amenities for the whole community to enjoy: community room, library, fitness center, movie theater, and more.

Included in Rent:

  • 24-hour emergency call system
  • Daily wellness checks
  • Health and wellness program
  • Apartment building fire/smoke detector and sprinkler system
  • Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
  • Water, sewer, and on-site trash pick-up
  • Planned programs and events for socialization
  • Apartment and building maintenance
  • Month-to-month lease agreement
  • Daily afternoon coffee and cookies
  • Personal laundry facilities in each unit
  • Pet-friendly facility (some restrictions apply)
